“THE EPIC STORY” OF A GREAT HOUSE From 1350, the Bichot family was established in Burgundy, with a deer as a symbol. It was only in the XIXth century that the family ventured into the wine business, when Bernard Bichot found in 1831, a wine brokerage. The family heritage has been passed down from father to son until now. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot has represented the 6th generation to run the House.
